About QC

Quality control is integrated throughout the entire glass production process, from raw material inspection to final packing. Each processing stage is monitored to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and compliance with project specifications. Finished glass panels undergo visual inspection and performance checks prior to packing. Only qualified products are approved for export packaging, with traceability maintained through batch identification and inspection records. This systematic quality assurance approach ensures that all glass delivered meets architectural standards and project performance requirements.

About Packing

Each glass panel is individually separated with cork pads to prevent surface contact and abrasion. Products are packed in heavy-duty export-grade wooden or plywood crates, designed for both ocean freight and inland transportation. Crates are securely consolidated using steel strapping or equivalent high-strength fastening materials. All four corners of each glass panel are protected with reinforced corner guards to minimize edge impact. Moisture-absorbing desiccants are placed inside each crate to control humidity and protect the glass during transit.
